What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 13:00 to 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If there is no reservation the following day, we can offer an extended check-out until 14:00 at no extra charge.
What clothes should I bring?
We recommend comfortable, warm clothing — especially for the evenings and early mornings — as well as suitable footwear for outdoor terrain.
What type of vehicle do I need to get there?
An SUV or 4×4 is required. If you don't have one, you can leave your car safely in our garage at no charge and we'll take you door-to-door, completely free.
Is the cabin cold?
Temperatures can drop at night, but we have heaters and thermal bedding to ensure a comfortable stay.
Does the cabin have hot water?
Yes, we have a shower with hot water.
Is the tap water drinkable?
No — we are in a páramo ecosystem, so water must be boiled before drinking. Your welcome kit includes a water bottle for your use.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, it's fully equipped and also stocked with basic condiments such as salt, sugar, and oil.
Can I use the BBQ area?
Yes, the BBQ area is available for all guests. Just remember to bring your own charcoal.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have free parking on the property.
Is there internet?
Yes, we have Starlink Wi-Fi.
Do you have a first aid kit?
Yes, we have a basic first aid kit for minor emergencies.
What happens if there is a power outage?
We have solar emergency lights, solar USB ports for charging devices, and a small portable generator for basic needs.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome — just check with us first.
What is the access to the property like?
Most of the road is paved; only the last stretch is unpaved dirt road.
What should I do before checking out?
Deposit rubbish in the designated bins, leave towels in the indicated spot, and make sure you haven't left any belongings behind.
