We leave firewood and lighter fluid for your enjoyment. A small amount (~one cap-full) is enough to start the fire. ⚠️ Use lighter fluid sparingly and only to light the fire. Charcoal is not provided — please bring your own.

Check-out: 11:00. If there's no reservation the following day, you can enjoy a late check-out until 14:00 at no extra charge ✨ — just ask us during your stay. Before leaving, deposit rubbish in the bin beside the BBQ area, leave used towels in their designated spot, and make sure you haven't left anything behind.

How to light it
Open the damper before lighting. Use thin kindling and the dry firewood provided. Add logs gradually. Never leave the fire unattended or burning overnight.
Wood-fired oven
Steps to use
Light it 45 min before cooking. The oven is ready when the interior walls turn from black to white-grey. Push embers to the sides and place your dish in the centre. Always use the thermal gloves provided.

Bag your rubbish using the provided bags. Clean the kitchen and utensils. Turn off lights, fireplace, and appliances. Lock all doors and windows.
